As many of you are aware, we had been looking forward to sharing new website developments that launched earlier this month, however, we have experienced significant issues.
This new website has been a significant undertaking and is a huge update. We want to make sure that the functionality that you know and love from our site is enhanced by the new features, but we realise that despite a huge effort from the development team, we haven't fixed these satisfactorily and as such we'll need to regretfully cancel the current auction.
We will be restarting this on the previous platform from Friday 22nd September – Monday 2nd October, which will provide a more stable experience for all users.
We completely understand your frustrations, and we regret that this is your first experience with the new site. We also greatly appreciate all of your feedback, continued support and patience whilst our development team have worked unbelievably hard over the last week to try and eradicate these difficulties.
We will keep you updated as progress continues on our new website development, and will reach out to many of you for your feedback and participation in future website testing.
